  • Password (The Dude highly discourages inputting personal information on The Sites. To do so it at your own risk.)

The Dude also collects user birth dates in order to comply with various child privacy laws. The birth dates are used to verify a user's age, as some content on The Sites is age-restricted. The birth dates are encrypted as a numerical code based on a secret epoch date (The Date). The Dude will not disclose The Date to anyone unless required by earthly law or Biblical commandment.

Subsection CONTEST

The Dude collects the following information through The Website to run various promotions and contests if the Dude decides to run one:

  • First name
  • Last name (upon request)
  • E-mail address (if it contains your first and last name, you hereby accept that you have given me your first and last name.)
  • Phone number (on certain occasions, usually The Dude won't do this.)
  • Mailing address (on certain occasions, usually The Dude won't do this. For example, a certain occasion would be if the Dude sends you a check as a cash prize in a promotion or contest.)

The Dude also collects such personal information if earthly law and/or Biblical commandment says I have to.


What does The Dude do when he's done with that personal information?

The following paragraph only applies to Subsection CONTEST: If the purpose for that personal information collection has been satisfied, unless giver of personal information says otherwise, The Dude will make reasonable efforts to delete this information. The Sites and The Dude makes no guarantees that your personal information will be eliminated from the consciousness from The Dude forever.


Will this information be transferred to third-parties?

Only if the giver of personal information says it's OK, or if The Dude asks, and the giver says it's OK. Or if the law and/or The Elohim of AIJ says I have to. Otherwise, no.


Will The Sites give you a cookie?

If it's an electronic cookie that is put on your hard drive to enhance your user experience, yes. Now, as for an ooey gooey baked treat, um...he doubts it. The Dude can't bake a cookie on the Internet.


Can any personal information you give be modified or deleted?

Sure. Just send an e-mail to The Dude to get things straightened out.


Can you opt-out of any future communications?

Sure. Like this Privacy Policy says, just send an e-mail to The Dude for him to get the message.


Do you collect credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information?

No.
